Doing business during the Corona crisis
Just as everybody around the world, at deltalink, our main focus is on the health and safety for our people, our vendors, partners and their customers as well as continuing to provide the best service possible.
The deltalink team is mainly working from their home office. By way of continuity, taking into account the social distancing guidelines and in rotation, there are also employees present in our offices.
Within this set-up, we would like to inform you of the measures we have taken that will remain in effect until further notice:
- We remain at your disposal and are available for all your questions (sales, technical, logistics, accounting, marketing, product availability etc.) via e-mail and telephone during normal working hours;
- Pick-up of products at deltalink is currently not possible and we will reach out to you if such a ‘pick-up’ was scheduled;
- Planned visits to your offices or meetings planned at deltalink will be replaced by video calls – where possible and in close consultation with the parties involved;
- All class-room trainings, events and workshops are cancelled until further notice and where possible replaced by webinars. We will continue to update you on topics and timings of webinars;
We appreciate and value your partnership and we encourage you to work closely with the deltalink team to maximize business continuity while keeping everybody safe and healthy.
